Turnkey deployment of a private LLM, RAG, and chat UI stack on Australian infrastructure or your own VPC. Customer data stays in the approved environment, with local-model operation and customer-controlled keys available where required. Built on a hardened private-AI stack – local LLM runtime, secure chat UI, RAG/agent platform, sovereign secrets management, edge reverse-proxy and behavioural WAF.
Adversarial testing of any LLM, AI agent, RAG system or chatbot. We probe for prompt injection, jailbreak, data exfiltration, agent misuse, tool abuse, RAG poisoning, hallucination and unsafe output – scored against the 10 Voluntary AI Safety Standard guardrails, OWASP LLM Top 10 and ISO 42001 controls. One-off or quarterly subscription.
End-to-end implementation and ongoing operation of AI compliance programs – ISO 42001, the AU Voluntary AI Safety Standard, Privacy Act 1988 (post-2024 reforms) and sector-specific regulations (APRA CPS 230, ASIC REP 798, AHPRA, NSW AIAF, ADHA). Programmatic frameworks plus the technical controls (PII redaction, retention, audit trails, BYOK encryption) – mapped to a running system, not a slide deck.
Verbal consent capture, ACMA-Telemarketing-Standard-aware calling windows with public-holiday awareness, per-action identity verification, three recording-encryption tiers including client-held keys in Sydney/Melbourne GCP KMS regions. Transcript redaction, transfer-and-escalation safety, SIP trunk reconciliation. Australia’s most defensible niche in AI safety.
Real-time AI-aware WAF plus SIEM plus LLM observability plus anti-scraping, sold as one managed retainer. Behavioural AppSec WAF, edge reverse-proxy triple-shield, SIEM, LLM observability, real-time alerting and per-tenant IP allowlists – protecting AI APIs, chatbots, web properties and corporate AI usage from bot abuse, prompt-injection signatures, scraping and behavioural anomalies.
A 3-day advisory engagement for organisations starting their AI safety journey. Gap report against the Voluntary AI Safety Standard 10 guardrails, ISO 42001 controls, Privacy Act 1988 (post-2024 reforms) and your sector-specific regulator. Fixed price. Senior advisor only. Output: prioritised action plan you can hand to your CISO, board, or auditor.
Book a 30-minute live walkthrough of the actual SIEM, behavioural WAF, LLM observability and secrets-management dashboards on our infrastructure. See what a hardened Australian AI stack looks like in production. Powerful for technical buyers – CISOs, SecOps leads, DPOs – who need more than a slide deck. No sales pitch, just the screens.
Services run on Australian infrastructure across AU-region sovereign hosting, secrets-management HA cluster in Australia and Australian-region cloud KMS in Sydney and Melbourne, with public-cloud or customer-VPC options where the buyer requires.
Automation and orchestration tooling means we stand up a private AI stack - SIEM, behavioural WAF, secrets management, edge reverse-proxy, PII detection engine, LLM observability, local LLM runtime and secure chat UI - in days, not months. ISO 42001 + Voluntary AI Safety Standard mapped to the running system.
Verbal consent, ACMA-aware calling windows, recording-encryption tiers, transcript redaction and SIP hardening in one stack. Few local providers combine voice infrastructure with AI safety end-to-end.
Quarterly LLM red-teaming and monitoring with adversarial scanners, prompt-fuzzing harnesses, LLM observability and SIEM as a managed retainer. Advisory firms sell one-off audits; we sell the running compliance evidence.
Physical, legal and relational presence in Australia - against US SaaS dependencies. Customer collateral, contracts and invoices issued under the AiSafe trading entity.
Local LLM runtime, RAG/agent platform, secure chat UI, model gateway, LLM observability, prompt-fuzzing harnesses, SIEM, behavioural WAF, PII detection engine and adversarial scanners. Tens of thousands of community contributors and millions of production deployments behind them. We add value in integration, hardening and operation, not the licence.

The AU Voluntary AI Safety Standard (DISR, September 2024) sets out 10 guardrails covering accountability, risk management, data governance, testing, human oversight, end-user transparency, contestability, supply-chain transparency, records, and stakeholder engagement. It is voluntary now, but the September 2024 Proposals Paper signals proposed mandatory guardrails for high-risk AI under consultation. AiSafe maps every deliverable to these 10 guardrails verbatim.
APRA CPS 230 (live 1 July 2025) covers operational resilience for all APRA-regulated entities; CPS 234 covers information security. AI providers can fall within CPS 230’s material service provider scope and CPS 234’s obligations depending on the regulated entity’s materiality assessment – APRA has not classified AI categorically as a material service. We help APRA-regulated buyers assess whether their AI use triggers these obligations.
Big 4 firms write the report. AiSafe writes the report and then deploys, runs, and defends the controls the report recommends – on Australian infrastructure, with continuous monitoring evidence. We are operators, not advisors. We typically come in at 30-60% of the Big 4 fee and stay engaged on a retainer rather than a one-off invoice.
Australian infrastructure by default: AU-region sovereign hosting providers, secrets-management high-availability cluster across three Australian nodes and Australian-region cloud KMS auto-unseal. Customer VPC and BYOK (client-controlled keys) are available where required. We do not push customer data to US-hosted SaaS unless the buyer explicitly approves and the data is permitted to leave Australia.
We can. Federal and NSW agency work typically requires IRAP assessment (Essential Eight, ISM) before procurement, which is a separate engagement. NSW agencies must apply the NSW AI Assessment Framework (DCS-2024-04). For SOCI-regulated responsible entities, vendor obligations flow through CIRMP. We support these processes; we do not pretend they are short.
An AI red-team is adversarial testing of an LLM, agent or RAG system: prompt injection, jailbreak, data exfiltration, tool abuse, RAG poisoning, hallucination and unsafe output. We use industry-standard adversarial scanners, prompt-fuzzing harnesses, model-output guards and bespoke scenarios, scored against the 10 Voluntary AI Safety Standard guardrails and OWASP LLM Top 10. Output is a written report with reproducible evidence, not a screenshot deck.
For organisations with existing ISO 27001, full ISO 42001 implementation typically lands at AUD $35,000-$45,000. Greenfield (no prior ISMS) is $70,000-$90,000. Timeline is 8-16 weeks depending on scope. We implement the controls and the management system; the certification audit itself is performed by a separate accredited certification body.
Yes. The Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 (Royal Assent 10 December 2024) introduced tiered civil penalties for serious privacy interferences – the greater of AUD $50M, three times the benefit obtained, or 30% of adjusted turnover during the breach turnover period. Our AI Compliance service includes an Australian-extended PII detection engine with AU-specific recognizers (ABN, TFN, Medicare, BSB, AU passport), retention APIs, DSAR-style routers and audit trails – mapped to Privacy Act obligations.
The five core services are designed for Australian buyers and Australian regulatory context (Voluntary AI Safety Standard, Privacy Act 1988, APRA CPS 230, ASIC REP 798, NSW AIAF, AHPRA, eSafety). We do work with NZ-headquartered organisations on a case-by-case basis. We do not currently sell into US, EU or UK markets – those have their own compliance regimes (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ICO) that we do not specialise in.
